Carlos Garcia ‘80

A graduate from the MCS Class of 1980, Carlos Garcia is a licensed attorney and Realtor who works in real estate sales and consulting. He is an experienced, well-rounded real estate professional who has been involved in local real estate since the mid-1990s. He founded Eng Garcia Properties, LLC in 2005, serving individuals and small businesses with an emphasis on investment potential and small businesses. His goal is to provide real estate services to individuals and small businesses in DC and the close-in suburbs, with a particular emphasis on investment potential, design value, and functional appeal.

In addition to his real estate work, Carlos has served as a President's Council member of Higher Achievement, a non-profit organization that provides supplemental academic support to children in communities that lack resources and is the recipient of the "Unsung Hero" award from the Community Foundation for the National Capital Region for outstanding leadership in revitalizing the Higher Achievement Program. Following MCS, Carlos went on to Fieldston High School, Connecticut College, and Boston College Law School. He is licensed to sell real estate in Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia.
