Kiran Kulkarni began his career at Nortel Networks, where he ultimately served as Assistant Corporate Controller. Following his tenure at Nortel, he transitioned into entrepreneurship, leading a Toronto-based plastics company. Over the past three decades, Mr. Kulkarni has played a pivotal role in driving acquisitions, mergers, divestitures, and the management of multiple international businesses across a wide range of industries, including plastics, electronics, retail, manufacturing, and financial services, with operations spanning Canada, the United States, and India.

He holds a Master’s degree in Engineering and has completed coursework toward an MBA at the University of Ottawa.
