Congratulations to the MCS Class of 2025!

Dear MCS Community,

We are thrilled to share the exciting news that the Manhattan Country School Class of 2025 has been accepted to a remarkable range of high schools!

Our students will be attending a wide array of institutions, including public schools such as Bard Early College, Beacon, Essex Street Academy, and the High School of American Studies at Lehman College; independent day schools like Calhoun, Fieldston, Hewitt, Masters, Poly Prep, and St. Ann’s; religious schools including Fordham Prep, Iona Prep, and Union Catholic; and boarding schools such as Hackley and Solebury.

Every 8th grader who applied to selective schools was accepted to at least one, with most gaining admission to their top choice—an incredible testament to their academic excellence, critical thinking, and preparedness for the challenges ahead.

Overall, our students were accepted to the majority of the non-public schools they applied to—a truly impressive outcome that speaks to both their individual strengths and the support of our entire community.

Please join us in celebrating this outstanding class and the many ways they have grown, contributed, and thrived during their time at MCS. We are proud of each and every one of them and excited to see what lies ahead!
