What is Farm Outing Day?
Farm Outing Day is a day-long picnic for MCS families, friends, staff and alumni at the MCS Farm in the Catskills. The day features food, live music, games, hay rides, and fun for the entire family! The day is coordinated and staffed by fifth grade parent volunteers.
How to get there:
By bus: Transportation is available for MCS families. The bus will leave 85th Street at 8 a.m. and leave the MCS Farm at 4 p.m. The ride is about 3 hours long. The cost to ride the bus is $35 per person. Click here to purchase seats on the bus!
By car: Please note cell service is weak up in this part of the Catskills, and often, after exiting I-87 onto Route NY-28 W, GPS loses track. Note these printable directions and keep them handy just in case. They are also helpful when leaving the farm!
