Manhattan Country School offers two summer programs, City Camp and Farm Camp, for current and incoming MCS students.
City Camp is MCS’ summer program for children in the 4-5s through 9-10s, including new Lower School students joining the school in the fall. City Camp runs from July 5 to July 23, Monday through Friday, from 9:000 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Register for City Camp Today!
City Camp uses MCS classrooms and local community resources, including Central Park and the Urban Assembly Community Garden, to provide enriching activities. Campers will work in pods with their counselors, exploring different parts of Central Park and Riverside Park, engaging in art, movement and science activities, and taking walking trips to local playgrounds, museums and theaters.

Farm Camp will operate in two sessions this year; Session One is one week and Session Two is two weeks. In order to follow health and safety guidelines, we will need to limit the total number of campers to fourteen in each session.
You are welcome to enroll your child(ren) in one or both sessions.
Tuition for Session One is $1,200 and will be held June 21-26, 2021
Tuition for Session Two is $2,400 and will be held July 12-23, 2021
Campers participate in a host of activities at the MCS Farm. They tend the gardens; care for the animals (chickens, cows, pigs and sheep); explore fields, mountains and streams; bake pizza in our outdoor wood-fired oven; prepare ice cream with the Farm’s own naturally raised eggs, milk and yogurt; and prepare meals with our own beef, pork and chicken and organic vegetables.
