Carlos Garcia '80

Carlos Garcia is a realtor and president of Eng Garcia Properties, based in Washington, D.C. While practicing law in the early 1990's, Carlos became a real estate investor, acquiring a deep understanding of the local market. He founded Eng Garcia Properties, LLC in 2005, serving individuals and small businesses with an emphasis on investment potential and small businesses. In addition to his real estate work, Carlos is a President's Council member of Higher Achievement, a non-profit organization that provides supplemental academic support to children in communities that lack resources to start students on equal footing. In 2003, he received the "Unsung Hero" award from the Community Foundation for the National Capital Region for outstanding leadership in revitalizing the Higher Achievement Program. Carlos is a graduate of Connecticut College and Boston College Law School and licensed to sell real estate in Washington,D.C., Maryland and Virginia.
