Najha Zigbi-Johnson '09

Najha Zigbi-Johnson '09 is a 2020 graduate of Harvard Divinity School, where she received a Masters of Theological Studies. While at Harvard, Najha explored Black American social movement history, Black cultural production, and womanist ethics. She also founded and led the popular education course "Freedom School: A Seminar on Theory and Praxis for Black Studies in the United States."  She received her undergraduate degree in comparative religion from Guilford College.
 
Currently, Najha works at the Malcolm X and Dr. Betty Shabazz Memorial and Education Center in Harlem as the Director for Institutional Advancement.
