Manhattan Country School welcomed 31 new families to the school community with a breakfast Friday morning. Over coffee and pastries, attendees had an opportunity to get to know fellow new families and meet many of MCS’ faculty and staff.
This year there are 29 new students in the Lower School and three in the Upper School. Three students are joining siblings who already attend MCS and four are following in the footsteps of their MCS alumni parent.

Nine hundred fifty-three pounds. No, that’s not the collective weight of Manhattan Country School’s 4-5s class. It’s the total weight of textbooks and literature MSC teachers and administrators donated this year to support global literacy.
