MCS Head Lice Notice

Recently, there have been a few cases of head lice at MCS. Those students and families have been treated, but it is important to be proactive in monitoring your child’s head for lice. Head Lice Head lice are parasitic insects that can be found in the hair. They do not carry disease, and are not harmful. There is no connection between head lice and hygiene. MCS Transportation Policy

Many trips at MCS involve walking and taking public transportation. MCS owns a yellow school bus that takes students to and from the Farm. For short trips during the school day, MCS can sometimes access the Department of Education (DOE) school buses. Carrie Davis discusses Gender Identity at the Parents' Association Meeting

Parent Teacher Conferences

Parent Teacher Conferences will be held on Monday, November 18. There will be no school for students that day. At 9:00 a.m. on Monday, November 11, you will receive an email to sign up for a meeting time.Please note: If you sign-up before 9:00 a.m., the appointment will automatically be deleted when the official form opens. Keep an eye out for the email on Monday to sign up!
