Anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injuries are one of the most common injuries in sports. There are more than 250,000 ACL surgeries performed in the United States each year, many of them on young athletes.
Did you know that ACL injuries are common in almost all sports? Did you know that female athletes seem to be at higher risk for ACL injury? Don’t you want to know how to prevent an ACL injury?
This workshop will help you to understand and minimize the risks for ACL injury, and introduce you to an innovative warm-up program that will help reduce your risk of injury.
Please wear comfortable clothing and sneakers to fully participate in workshop activities.
Email MCS Nurse Katie Patterson at email@example.com to RSVP and to request the required consent form. Consent forms may be left in Katie’s or Jermaine Lloyd’s mailbox.
We hope to see you there!
