MCS' Fifth Floor Goes to Washington

Friday, April 8, 2016

This week, Manhattan Country School’s seventh- and eighth-graders traveled to Washington, D.C. as part of their Build Bridges, Not Borders activism campaign. While in our nation’s capital, they joined the American Immigration Lawyers Association’s National Day of Action on Capital Hill, met with KARAMAH: Muslim Women Lawyers for Human Rights and the Center for American Progress, dined at a Moroccan restaurant, visited the city’s famed monuments and more. Read about their experience on the MCS activism blog.
