MCS Building Featured in NY Botanical Garden's Holiday Train Show

Friday, November 20, 2015

Manhattan Country School’s building is one of the landmark replicas featured in The New York Botanical Garden’s Holiday Train Show, running from November 21, 2015 to January 18, 2016. The exhibit, located in the Enid A. Haupt Conservatory, features 150 iconic buildings, each re-created with bark, leaves and other natural materials. G-scale model trains zip along a quarter-mile track that weaves around a miniature city that includes familiar sights such as the Brooklyn Bridge, Statue of Liberty, Rockefeller Center, and Manhattan Country School. This year’s show includes 3,000 square feet of additional exhibition space, making room for dozens of new trains, bridges and tracks.
